Snow Strikes on a Sunday

Aw, we love a snow day like anyone else, but on a SUNDAY? There's too much going on at IC!! But we also want you to be safe- so please travel safely to Mass today. It's supposed to clear up by the 5PM Mass, so plan on joining us when the roads are safer and clearer.
In the meantime we will have NO registration for baptism after the 9:00 Mass. We're still aiming to be there after the 11, but if it's not safe for you to come down to register, please give Margo a call this week and you can be registered over the phone.
As far as we know, our Coffee and Donuts are still on, Baptism class at 1:00 is still on, and tonight's Retreat Team Meeting (after the 5) and Lessons and Carols (7:30) are still on. But check back here throughout the day for the latest updates!
Stay safe!

Get Out Your Sacramental Suit!

It's a Sacrament-filled Sunday here at I.C.  At 1:00 PM we celebrate 5 Baptisms in the chapel (and we hope you know you are always invited to come and "cheer" for our newest Catholics).

At the 5:00 PM Mass we'll be celebrating the Confirmations of 40 of our young people and adults. This is always a beautiful and meaningful Mass, so we hope you'll join us.

Oh, and don't forget, this Sunday many of the churches in Malden (including ours) will be participating in a city-wide open house. Look for balloons at the doors of churches that are open and step on inside. You can read more about it here. Cool idea, and this is the first attempt so your participation will make it a success.

And of course there's always the beautiful sacrament of Eucharist, offered at every Mass. Check out the Mass schedule on this very webpage for your chance to join your parish family in prayer!
Happy Easter everyone!
